Blackboard Password Info
If you are a first time user of the Blackboard system your default password has been set to your birth date in MMDDYY format plus the first two letters of your last name in lower case. For example if your last name was Doe and you were born on February 14, 1988 your password would be "021488do".
Please reset your password on successful login!
Resetting your password:
1. To reset your password go to the Personal Information link under the Tools area on the left hand side of the screen.
2. Click on the Change Password link.
*Note - You may be prompted with a Java applet box as seen below. Please select the "Always trust content from this publisher." radio box and click Run. This is a new security protocol implemented by Blackboard and may appear when resetting your password for the first time.
3. Change your password to be the same as your Network/E-mail Password or one that you regularly use for other secure accounts. Click "Submit" to finalize the change.
