Attention Blackboard Users:
|
On August 17, 2009 all Blackboard users will be required to use
their
Hood/Pergola Network account password to login to the Blackboard system.
Your user name will remain the same, but your previously used internal
Blackboard password may not work. Faculty, Staff and Students have been strongly
encouraged over time to use the same password for both their Network and
Blackboard accounts. If this is the case with your current Blackboard account
password, this system change should be transparent.
If you have difficulty logging in to Blackboard as a result of this system
change. Please contact End User Computing at

euc@hood.edu to request assistance.

Reasons why your password may not work:

User is trying to use their pre-existing internal Blackboard
password which is different from their current Hood/Pergola Network password. |
| |
|
User has not used their Hood/Pergola Network account recently/ever and do
not remember/know their Network password. |
| |
|
Users account is locked and will require a reset by End User Computing.
