User Name and Password Information:
All users of the Blackboard system will use their Hood assigned network user name and password to login. If you have difficulty logging in to Blackboard 9 as a result of this system change. Please contact End User Computing at 301-696-3622 or euc@hood.edu to request assistance.

Reasons why your password may not work:
- User is trying to use a pre-existing internal Blackboard password which is different from their current Hood/Pergola Network password.
- User has not used their Hood/Pergola Network account recently/ever and do not remember/know their Network password.
- Users account is locked and will require a reset by End User Computing. Please contact End User Computing at 301-696-3622 or euc@hood.edu
